Vallesabbia flavors in the Rocca Menus

The gastronomy of Vallesabbia showcases itself with the “Menu della Rocca”, an itinerary based on local recipes and products that will be held on weekends in 13 restaurants in the Valley. The idea was born as part of the promotion project for the Rocca d’Anfo: visitors of the monumental complex will receive coupons of 15% minimum discount to be used in the restaurants that take parte to the circuit, thus completing at the table their discovery experience of the Valley. The 13 menus with respective prices are available on http://www.roccadanfo.eu/menu/ site. In addition to the wines of Garda you can also match dishes with local mineral water (Maniva or  Castello Vallio Sources): and to prepare for lunch at the end of the excursion in Rocca in July and August, the dairy Caseificio Valsabbino will offer a tasting of its cheeses. The tour of the fortress lasts about four hours and guided walks are held every weekend until September 25 and on Wednesdays in July and August by reservation (www. roccadanfo.eu).
