After Groppello, Attilio Pasini also tries with the Chiaretto: starting from Thursday, May 10th, “Il Chiaretto a spasso in Brescia’s kitchen”, the first edition of a new food and wine itinerary in 16 restaurants of Lake Garda and surroundings, organized by the oenologist owner of La Torre di Mocasina di Calvagese, historical winery of Valtènesi. The event was born in the wake of the already consolidated and homologous “The Groppello a spasso in the Brescia kitchen”, which Pasini usually organizes in winter: this time instead, as spring requires, it’s up to the Chiaretto, arrived on the market with the truly superlative 2017 vintage in which the rosés of the Brescia Riviera of Garda have really expressed themselves at the highest levels of their quality profile. Until June 11th, the restaurants involved will offer a special fixed price menu combined with Chiaretto: from street food to pizza to gourmet cuisine to demonstrate the versatility of the Valtènesi pink nectar.

Here’s the list of restaurants: San Rocco (Soiano, 35 euros only Wednesday and Thursday), Antica Cascina San Zago in Salò (40 euros),Rose Salò (55 euros), Tirabusù (always in Salò, 38 euros), Cascina del Ritrovo in Lonato (35 euros), Il Giglio in Gardone Riviera (40 euros), Locanda di Lonato (35 euros), Osteria dei Poeti in Manerba, (48 euros), Marietta Trattoria & Pizza in Gardone Riviera (50 euros), La Cantina del Baffo in Limone (60 euros), La Pineta Farmhouse in Calvagese (30 euros), Dalla Cugina in Manerba (27 euros).

The list concludes with Dieta Mediterranea in Brescia (Menu Pizza 25, Fish 40 euros) and La Collina del Fante in Serle (30 euros).

And every Saturday from 5 to 8 pm Chiaretto Hour at La Torre in Calvagese: a glass of chiaretto with typicale salami and cheese for 10 euros. The evenings must be booked directly in the restaurants: info on www.pasini-latorre.com.
