In Desenzano a guinness pizza to celebrate Garda

Have you ever seen a pizza six meters long and more than two meters wide? Someone has decided to try to prepare it in Desenzano. Giving it of course the shape of Lake Garda.The curious initiative will be staged in the evening of Friday, August 5 at Sestino Beach, the club managed by Yudi Bueno, Puccio Gallo and Jerry Cala: here the pizza will be prepared, baked and finally tasted by guests in the local summer gardens of the Desenzano club, in via Agello.

Behind the ovens there will be a real guarantee like Giorgio Sabbatini, European champion in 2011 and World Champion in 2012, special guest at Expo 2015, Master instructor at the Italian School of Pizza Makers of Milan: a real star of the pizza culture, now working at The Spago restaurante of which he is also one of the owners. The products used for the guinness “Gardapizza” will be only local, with wheat germ flour, tomato and mozzarella provided by agrigelateria dell’Aia in Rivoltella. Info and reservations: 329-2472452.
