It’s a particularly intensive weekend in Toscolano Maderno, which from May 16 will host the first edition of the Bike Fest, a week of events dedicated to the bicycle in its many forms. Among family bike rides, competitions road cycling, triathlon tests off road, show trial bike, downhill and free ride experiences, features, experience of cycling for the disabled fans, there is much for fans to enjoy until May 24 (info Program: www.comune.toscolanomaderno.bs.it/it/toscolano-maderno-bike-fest-16-24-maggio).
Do not miss the opportunity to expand the sport experience to the realm of flavors, because until May 17 there’s still time to sample the proposals of Garda con Gusto, a food and wine event dedicated to lake fish hosted by nine restaurants in Toscolano : the menues, all paired with wines from the Brescia side of Garda, from Lugana to Valtènesi, are offered at a fixed price of 30 euro. Also in Maderno it is also underway “Tasting the flavors of Garda”, an initiative that offers a tasting of local products every Friday until 30 June in the frame of via Benamati (entrance from 6 to 11 pm, 5 euro).
