Carlo Bresciani, a Garda chef in Expo

A little touch of Garda in Expo: there was also Carlo Bresciani, chef and owner of the restaurant Antica Cascina San Zago in Salò, at the day in honor of the typical Brescia products organized by Coldiretti as part of Expo 2015. The well-known Garda chef has been the “star” of a show-cooking held on roof garden of Coldiretti Pavillion, in the South part of the Cardo at the Universal Exhibition in Milan, during which he presented a number of recipes using only local products ad Garda Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the famous Bagoss cheese, with Grana Padano through flours, jams and much more.
