Fish & Chef”, three gourmet events from march 20

“Fish and Chef” sets the stage with three new, tasty previews in as many locations on Garda Lake: the appointments, scheduled for March 20, 24 and 26, anticipate the 2015 edition of “Fish and Chef”, the now traditional food and wine event dedicated to lake fish, which this year will be held in April 22 to 29.

The series of three preview events starts on March 20 at 8 pm at Capriccio Restaurant Manerba with “Fish & Chef meets oil and distillates”: the award-winning extra virgin olive oils Ca’Rainene by Paolo Bonomelli and distillates from Roner will accompany creations by Giuliana Germiniasi, cook and hostess of this famous One Michelin Star restaurant, and Paolo Cappuccio of the Casa degli Spiriti in Costermano.

On March 24, again at 8 pm, the restaurant L’Artigliere of Isola della Scala, in the province of Verona, will host “Fish & Chef meets Custoza”, an evening dedicated to one of the excellent wines of Verona. The chef Davide Botta will share the menu with Marco Bertoncelli of Sapori Di Versi restaurant in Valeggio.

Finally, March 26, “Fish & Chef meets Trout Gold”, an evening dedicated to the lake fish that will star restaurant La Tortuga Gargnano, which this year celebrates its first 35 years of Michelin Star. In the kitchen, the house chef Orietta and Maria Filippini and their colleague Andrea Costantini from restaurant Regio Patio Hotel Regina Adelaide in  Garda Garda. The evenings are open to the public and reservations must be made directly in the various restaurants.
