The most typical product of Cremona meets Lake Garda: a marriage celebrated in recent days in MuSa, the museum of the city of Salo, which hosted the presentation of the Torrone d’Acqua Dolce (or Freshwater nougat), produced by the artisan confectionery Rivoltini , totally handmade and baked for 12 hours following a recipe that uses a unique Garda honey produced in a limited edition. To strengthen the union with the Garda flavors, the product was offered for tasting paired with the passito IGT Benaco Bresciano “SolDoRè” by the famous Cà Maiol winery in Desenzano.

The partnership Garda-Cremona, already experienced last year in Sirmione, is part of the preview initiatives of the Torrone Festival in Cremona, scheduled for October 24 and 25 as well as 21 to 29 November next.
