“Suoni & Sapori”, new step in Calvagese

New step on Saturday, July 29, at Calvagese della Riviera for the “Suoni & Sapori del Garda” festival, the series of 19 eno-musical events organized by Brixia Symphony in collaboration with the Wine and Gourmet Route of Garda: the new stage is scheduled for 9.15 pm in the parish church of San Pietro in Cattedra where Ivan Ronda, an internationally renowned organist, will perform playing the extraordinary organ of the church, an exceptional instrument made in 1894 by Diego Porro in Brescia using in part the sound material of the previous Callido organ, Dating back to 1781. For the occasion Ronda has prepared a rare musical program with music by Marco Lo Muscio, Frank Xaver Schnitzer, Grimoaldo Macchia, Niccolò Moretti. At the end of the concert, wine tasting by La Torre winery of Mocasina with products of the territory. Entry is free.
