The Moniga Castle, which hosted the great success of Italia in Rosa just a few days ago, returns this weekend under the spotlight for the MonigArt Festival, an undoubtedly singular event scheduled on the first two days of July for its second edition. Art, Culture, Music, Food and Sustainable Economy are the elements of a truly intriguing two days, which will focus on the mind (with sensory and culinary proposals between local tradition and experimentation) and the body (so much music from DJ sets to local underground bands) without forgetting the attention to social and environmental issues with exhibitions dedicated to new technologies for mobility, material re-use, water and energy saving. And then debates on the ecology of the future, reading with international poets (Beppe Costa, Xanath Caraza, Antonieta Villamil, Mark Lipman), spaces dedicated to ideas for sustainable tourism. About fifty realities in Castello, including companies, consortiums, associations, with an area of food that will serve quality tastings (but at popular prices) with global contamination with the local (like a Quinoa sbrisolona, to the Castelgoffredo Tortello Amaro, to local wines and the ones from protected area of Mincio Park and artisanal beers).

The MonigArt will be open on 1st and 2nd July from 5.30 pm to midnight with free entrance.
