It has recently received the ItaLive Award (promoted by Codacons in partnership with Autostrade per l’Italia and Coldiretti) as “the best Italian event of culture, music and entertainment”: and now Lonato in Festival, with this prestigious award, is preparing to cut the finish line of its fifth edition, scheduled from August 3 to 6, in the impressive spaces of the majestic Rocca Visconteo Veneta, one of the most impressive ancient forts in northern Italy with breathtaking views over Lake Garda. There are dozens of music formations, ethnic groups from all corners of the world, contemporary street art and contemporary circus companies that will transform Lonato into a real capital of amazement and fun for four days, in the name of contamination between different languages. Among the guests are Fanfara Serba Orkestar Mija Bondzulica, mexican company Zero en Conducta, Italian-Argentine Circo Patuf, the Spanish clown Tomate, the acrobatics Havana from Cuba. And in this corollary devoted to fantasy there will be times and ways to satisfy the palate with a vegan restaurant, a traditional tasting booth of products ranging from local typical specialties to arrosticini to roasted corn. The festival will be open every day from 6.30 pm to midnight: entrance 8 euros, children up to 12 years 2 euro.
