Summer brings back in Toscolano the “cultural aperitifs” at the discovery of some “hidden gems” of Lake Garda: the paintings by Andrea Celesti, Venetian painter of the 15th century, in the Church of SS. Peter and Paul, and the Roman Villa of Nonii Arrii. The town has organized again this year a series of guided tours that will take place on Tuesday until the end of August: starting July 5 with the canvasses of the Celesti, and then the program will continue alternating with the Villa Romana.

The tours include cocktail at Kyma Beach & Bar, which you must call to reserve (0365 644195 or 347 9058047, cost 4 euro).

For paintings by Celesti, appointments are set on July 5 and 19 and August 2, 16 and 30 with meeting at 6.15 pm at the Kyma for the appetizer. For the Villa Romana instead calendar includes four nights on 12 and 26 July, and on 9 and 23 August: visits will be at 5.30 in English (with an aperitif in the end at 6.10), at 6.30 in Italian (by appointment at 6.10 for the cocktail).
