A return to the scene for the Sovversivi del Gusto (or the Taste Subversives): the partnership born 11 years ago from the mind of Adriano Liloni, owner of Osteria Pegasi in Soprazzocco di Gavardo, come together again for two days, Saturday 2 and Sunday, July 3, in the frame of the Fratelli Trevisani farm, a beautiful balcony overlooking Lake Garda always in the little village of Soprazzocco. This edition will showcase 40 italian producers from various provinces: in the foreground the wineries (about 20), but there will also be microbreweries, extra virgin olive oil producers, chocolatiers, producers of preserves, jams, vinegar, cheeses, as well as beekeepers, bakers and butchers. You will be able to taste the products on display and eventually buy them, and also sample the dishes prepared by the aforementioned Osteria Pegaso,  Ludo in Montichiari and Osteria Antichi Sapori in Prevalle (Saturday evening and Sunday). There will be workshops on honey, on cheese matchings, the oil, as well as moments of musical and theatrical entertainment: tickets cost 20 euro including tastings, info 340-3825028.
