A traditional event, which this year is back again on stage to unveil the new thousandth of the important Doc of Veronese Garda: Sunday, March 5, the 9th edition of the Bardolino Preview is scheduled in the spaces of the fourteenth-century Dogana Veneta in Lazise, overlooking the harbor in the always lovable village on the Verona side of the lake. The main protagonists will obviously be the Bardolino and Chiaretto Vintage 2016 (but for the red there will also be some bottles from 2015), proposed to the public in a large “collective” as always with free admission. More than 120 wines for tasting will be offered by 41 wineries, representing a Doc which can count on 3000 hectares of vineyards spread over sixteen municipalities, with a total production of 28 million bottles and a turnover of over 100 millions euro. An area that now sees more and more pink: Chiaretto has reached 10 million bottles virtually doubling the volumes compared to eight years ago. The Preview time is set between 10 and 6 pm.
