The weekend starting May 30 signs the comeback of “”Cantine Aperte” (Open Wineries),  the event organized by the Wine Tourism Movement, which this year will be dedicated to the memory of the great Luigi Veronelli. The event this year is extended up to four days, starting from May 30, to include the National Day of June 2, but not all the wineries will be open four days. Here are the ones that you can visit on the Brescia side of Lake Garda.

In Valtènesi: La Guarda (Castrezzone di Muscoline, May 31 and June 2), Marsadri (Raffa of Puegnago, 30-2), San Giovanni Pasini (Raffa) and Avanzi Manerba (both only on the 31st).

Lugana: Selva Capuzza (San Martino), Perla del Garda (Lonato) and Borgo La Caccia (Pozzolengo) 30-2, Cobue Pozzolengo on day May 31 and June 1, while Citari and Ca ‘Maiol, both in Desenzano, will be opened only on Sunday 31.

The ticket costs 10 euro and gives the right to 12 tastings throughout 85 wineries of Lombardy in four days.
