Carne salada, a 3-day event in Riva del Garda

Riva del Garda will host on October 23 to 25 the event “Garda Con Gusto”dedicated to the Carne Salada, one of the most respected and well-known local products from the Upper Garda on the Trentino shore. The appointment is in Palameeting, for a showcase of al the best “Alto Garda” and Trentino typical dishes. The chef Cristian Bertol will be the guest for the dinner show on Saturday, while on Sunday Simone Rugiati will compete in a cooking show. Info: gardatrentino.it.
