Douja d’Or 2016, a poker for Franzosi

Great performance for the Lake Garda at the latest edition of Douja d’Or in Asti, the Piedmont historic wine competition that annually awards productions throughout Italy. In the foreground the Franzosi winery of Puegnago, who got a record result winning four Douja d’Or, usually awarded to the references that have obtained a score from 87/100. The labels awarded are Lugana 2015, Garda Marzemino 2015 and Garda Classico Groppello 2015, in addition to the Garda Marzemino 2015 Oriane, vinified from grapes farm Zanetti farm of Tremosine.

Remember that the Franzosi wines can be tasted Friday evening, September 16, during the second stage of the Lake Fish Festival at San Rocco Restaurant in Soiano.
