The 40th edition of Expo Riva Hotel, the hospitality and professional catering expo, kicks off tomorrow, Sunday, January 31, and is scheduled until Wednesday, February 3 in the exhibition center of Riva del Garda.
There will be four broad areas in which the exposure will be divided: Indoor & Outdoor Contract, Coffee & Beverage (dedicated to the world of coffee as well as wines, beers and spirits), Food & Equipment (food and raw materials), Eco Wellness & Consulting. The companies expected at the fair are over 450, with numerous tastings and demonstrations for the public and professionals. Among the curiosities to point out there’s the presence of Ingarda (food hall, Hall B1, Stand E26) for the presentation of the fourth season of “Garda With Gusto”, which will take place from 4 to 6 November with tastings of oils, wines, liquors, juices, cheese, salted meat , fish, meats, vegetables and much more.
