It’s time again for one of the most popular food and wine events of spring: from April 21 to 27 “Fish & Chef” rallies fans for a week of gourmet temptations on the shores of Lake Garda. The event will take place in itinerant form, aligning 6 exclusive dinners in as many places on the banks of the Benaco signed by some of the most important chefs on the national scene. At the base of the menus offered there will always be lake fish and extra virgin olive oil: and in Garda, on the Verona side, Fish & Chef will be accompanied by a week of events open to the public.
