Fish & Chef, from street food to gourmet dinners

From gourmet dinners in some of the most prestigious Garda hotels and restaurants to street food (peppered with street art and street music): these are the two extremes of Fish & Chef 2016, which has become one of the greatest gastronomic events of Lake Garda. Scheduled from April 21 to 27, the festival will involve both the Brescia and Verona rivieras for a week, In the foreground, the six gourmet dinners hosted in as many breathtaking scenery of the Lake, who will see as protagonists some top chefs, two of which will be from Japan. Thursday. The event kicks off on April 21 with Luca Marchini (1 Michelin star) from the Erba del Re in Modena, the star of the dinner scheduled at the Hotel Bellevue San Lorenzo in Malcesine. April 22 the Grand Hotel Fasano in Gardone Riviera will host Peter Brunel (1 Michelin star) from the restaurant Borgo San Jacopo in Florence. Sunday, April 24, at the hotel Aqualux in Bardolino it will be the turn of Andrea Berton (1 Michelin star) of Berton restaurant in Milan. Monday, April 25th in the magnificent Villa Fiordaliso Gardone Riviera will open its kitchens for Andrea Aprea (1 Michelin star) of Vun restaurant in Milan. Tuesday 26, at the Hotel Regina Adelaide in Garda the international guests of this year: Valentino Palmisano and Kido Toshimizu from the Ritz-Carlton Kyoto, Japan. Finally, La Casa degli Spiriti in Costermano,  on Wednesday 27, will host the Dream Team Lake Garda composed of the top chefs of the lake that will interpret in their own way products and flavors of the region. Simultaneously, in the lakeside town of Garda, will be staged a Fish & Chef declined in street mode, with a pool of Garda chefs who will introduce their creations matched with performances by street artists of musical groups.
