Mushrooms, an exclusive night in Manerba

We are now in the highlight of the mushrooms season, and for the many fans of this product there’s an important gastronomic event not to be missed on Lake Garda: the Capriccio restaurant in Manerba del Garda (read the story here: www.gardaexpo.com/en/capriccio-passione-gourmet-in-chiave-femminile-2/), One Michelin Star, has organized an exclusive dinner on October 2 at 8.15 pm. The night will be entirely devoted to the fascinating world of mushrooms: Giuliana Germiniasi, as always assisted by his daughter Francesca Tassi, has decided to build a proposal linked to the tradition, but interpreted with the usual typical delicacy of its cuisine. The menu starts with a welcome Fried honey mushrooms: then it goes on with Chianina beef tartare with raw slices of Porcini and Parmesan, Carnaroli rice with porcini and chanterelles, Chateaubriand with mushrooms and polenta with cheese, and fresh fruit sorbet to close. The wine pairings are Chiaretto Rosamara of Costaripa and Brunello di Montalcino Paradiso di Manfredi (2000). The cost is 80 euro including wine, water and coffee.
