Garda Dop oil Consortium will again be this year among the guests at Sol & Agrifood, the international exhibition scheduled at the Verona Fair, from March 22 to 25 which takes place at the same time as Vinitaly. The appointment is in Hall C of the Stand A 10/2, where the Consortium, as well as offering their products for tasting, will illustrate the difficulties of a difficult season, which has halved the quantities of last harvest. There are various events scheduled, beginning Sunday, March 22 at 10:30 am in Room Mantegna with the meeting “Sensory Journey at the discovery of the excellence of the oil lake Garda Dop”, with the president of the Consortium Andrea Bertazzi and technical Elia Belotti. Also Sunday at 12 at stand Verona Chamber of Commerce, a tasting will be held in conjunction with Riso Nano Vialone Veronese IGP and asparagus Badoere Igp; similar combinations are also provided Monday 23 at 10:30 am and 2 pm as well as Tuesday 24 at midday. Finally Wednesday 25 to 14, always at Verona Chamber of Commerce stand, there will be another tasting this time in conjunction with Monte Veronese DOP cheese.
