The world of Garda Dop oil in five “infographics”

A tool to better understand strengths, profile and quality of Garda Dop olive oil: this is the goal of the five infographics developed by the Consortium oil Garda Dop, who reorganized in graphical form all the major informations on the extravergine Garda, from history to the production methodolog, from the characteristics of the product up to the guidelines for interpreting the label through the profile of the consortium. “We were looking for a communications tool that could be helpful to the consumer in the purchase of a quality product – says Andrea Bertazzi, president of the Consortium Garda DOP – We were inspired by the world of wine where the infographics are very well used. We have collected data and numbers with method and rigor and at the same time, graphically summarizing the complex mechanisms of our DOP “. Realized through a syntax of shapes and numbers, spread through social channels, infographics illustrate in particular the reality of the Garda DOP while addressing issues which are vital for any quality oil, such as reading the label or stages of production.
