Riccardo Camanini of Lido 84 restaurant in Gardone Riviera has been confirmed in the team of 40 top Michelin-starred chefs from around the world that, in the day of November 10, will participate in the second international edition of “Gelinaz Shuffle 2”. The formula is the same: the chosen cooks will “exchange” their restaurants for an evening, bringing their recipes, their technique and philosophy in a different geographical and territorial context, dealing simultaneously with the typical products and traditions of the places where they will be sent. The result will be a large global dinner for some lucky few gourmets that will be ideally held simultaneously in many countries around the world, from the USA to Japan, from Chile to Slovenia, from France to Peru. There are only three selected Italian chefs in addition to the young Riccarddo: Massimo Bottura of famous Osteria Francescana in Modena, Massimiliano Alajmo of Le Calandre in Padova and Niko Romito of the Reale in Castel di Sangro. They are at the top of the Italian scenario with three Michelin stars, while at the moment the Lido 84 holds only One Star. The local has participated in Gelinaz also in the summer of 2015: on that occasion on the shores of Garda arrived none other than Alain Ducasse, one of the great masters of world cuisine, while Camanini was sent to Sweden. As on that occasion, this year the location of the individual chefs will remain secret until the moment to sit down at the table. But the dinner on November 10 in Gardone Riviera is already sold out.
