New step for the 2016 Review of the Lake Fish menu: next appointment in the itinerary in 15 dinners organized by the Garda Wine and Flavours Road is scheduled for Friday, November 4 at the trattoria La Cascina del Ritrovo in Lonato del Garda, a restaurant specialized in a cuisine linked to the territory and Brescia typical traditions.
Here is the menu presented for the evening:
Pike in sauce with polenta
Bigoli with Sarde sauce- Risotto with Whitefish and Crescenza
Trout in saor- Perch fillet with butter
Trio of sorbets, Sweets
As always, the proposal of the Review is offered in every restaurant at the fixed price of 30 euro all inclusive (info and reservations at 030-9130625).
