Golositalia 2017 prepares for a comeback in style: the sixth edition of the food and catering equipment exposition, scheduled for February 25 to 28 at the Centro Fiera del Garda in Montchiari, promises strong growth numbers (640 exhibitors, + 15% compared to 2016) and a more intense focus on the contemporary taste trends. Hence the division into six thematic areas: food, wine, beer, the inevitable bio-vegan and gluten free, to get to the spaces devoted to the world of catering and franchising. In other words: a two-souls fair, addressed simultaneously to professionals and food and wine lovers, which this year expanded the formula with the Arena Events, a space that will be completely dedicated to meetings , demonstrations and show cookings. This context will host the performance of an authentic “star” like chocolate king Ernst Knam (pictured), expected for Sunday 26 at midday with the Future Food event where the chef, already in the kitchen alongside the maestro Gualtiero Marchesi, known face of Real Time Tv viewers and Gelato World Champion in 2012, will demonstrate how you can bring the tradition of pastry over the classic through extremely innovative pairings. In total, there will be one hundred events scheduled between cooking classes, conferences, seminars and demonstrations, including one school for barmen by FBC Bartending. Especially Golositalia will provide an opportunity to find concentrated on a single occasion a wide range of typical products from Italy and thewhole  world: from the French oysters to Patanegra sausages, through Dutch mustards and anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, just to name a few references.
