Fish and Europe sparkling wines, a dinner in Calvagese

In the Borgo alla Quercia restaurant in Calvagese della Riviera it’s time again for the usual summer appointment with the “Dinner of Excellencies”, a well-known  event scheduled for Friday 4 August at 8.30 pm. This is a particularly professional and interesting dinner, which aims to test sparkling wines from all over Europe, even radically different from each other, with a series of sea fish gastronomic creations. Six labels will be served during the evening, from Champagne to Franciacorta, from Cava to Prosecco, to reach Garda with two specialties of the historic Redaelli De Zinis winery linked to the restaurant, such as Brut Chardonnay Millesimato Valchiese and Garda Rosé Extradry Which will of course be served with the dessert. The menu will be particularly sumptuous, with a buffet of sea gourmanderies and various dishes served at the table, starting with a Salad of Gallura Lobster with cream of Pachino tomato and basil oil to an Ombrina gratinated with aromatic bread with a lace of Cantabrian anchovies , Crisp vegetables and Padenghe capers.
