The 4th step of the 2015 edition of the Lake Fish Festival i scheduled for September 25 in the halls of the restaurant and pizzeria Al Braciere Sirmione, a nice place in the heart of the Lugana area appreciated for its gluten-free dishes and pizzas as well for its fine selection of wines from Lake Garda. The cuisine is linked to the local dishes, with a strong Mediterranean influence brought about by chef Vincenzo Gazineo, who has come up with a proposal in line with tradition. Bigoli with lake sardines, capers and fresh tomato

As always, every evening of the Festival is combined with a winery that will propose the wines to match the menu: at the Braciere you will meet La Guarda winery of Castrezzone, an historical reality of Valtènesi known not only for its Chiaretto and Red wines, but also for goodies like a unique Groppello Chinato.
