Valtènesi con Gusto, a charme step in Villa Luisa

Next stage for Valtènesi con Gusto, the event in nine dinners devoted to the valorisation of extra virgin olive oil and organized by Consorzio Garda Dop, in collaboration with Garda Wines and Flavors Roas with East Lombardy. The seventh dinner is scheduled for Friday, April 28 at San Felice del Benaco in the restaurant of the hotel Villa Luisa, one of the great institutions in Garda “hotellerie”.

Here is the menu prepared for the occasion.

 

Spruce of Luccio mantained to the Garda Dop Oil with polenta chips and trilogy of sauces

 

Egg tagliolini with Coregone sauce and brunoise vegetables

 

Salmerino scorched on Tropea onion and tomato coulis and taggiasche olives

 

Desseert with almonds and apples on mango sauce

 

The oil presented during the evening will be the one of Paolo Vezzola Olivicoltore, always from San Felice, while the dishes will be matched with the wines of the Cantine Avanzi of Manerba. Everything is offered as always at the fixed price of 30 euros. Info and reservations at 0365-62185
