Next stage for Valtènesi con Gusto, the event in nine dinners devoted to the valorisation of extra virgin olive oil and organized by Consorzio Garda Dop, in collaboration with Garda Wines and Flavors Roas with East Lombardy. The seventh dinner is scheduled for Friday, April 28 at San Felice del Benaco in the restaurant of the hotel Villa Luisa, one of the great institutions in Garda “hotellerie”.

Spruce of Luccio mantained to the Garda Dop Oil with polenta chips and trilogy of sauces
Egg tagliolini with Coregone sauce and brunoise vegetables
Salmerino scorched on Tropea onion and tomato coulis and taggiasche olives
Desseert with almonds and apples on mango sauce
