Vinitaly, the best Rosè comes from Lake Garda

Vinitaly is back for its 50th edition, scheduled in Verona from April 10 to 13, and Lake Garda is already in pole position with a prestigious prize of about for Best rosé wine. The award was presented to the Citari winery in Desenzano for its Garda Classico Chiaretto Doc 2015 “18 e Quarantacinque” in the context of the new International Wine Award of Vinitaly, which saw the evaluation of more than 2,700 wines from 27 countries . Citari also won the “5 Star Wines” prize (awarded to wines that have reached 90/100 for tasting) for the Lugana Doc “Sorgente” 2015 .
