A “made in Garda” boat will be the symbol of “La bella estate”, the third promotion day organized by Sistema Brescia in the context of Expo 2015 and scheduled for Wednesday, July 22: the name of the boat is Clan Des Team, it was designed by Felci Yachts in Padenghe del Garda, and it has been the winner for seven editions (including the last three) of “Centomiglia”, the prestigious sailing competition of Lake Garda. The boat will “sail” to the Universal Exhibition in Milan, where it will be exposed in front of the pavilion of the Lombardy Region, at the intersection of Cardo and Decumanus: teens and children (but also adults) can get on board and visit it from morning until the evening, and at its side there will also be two small sailing simulators.
Dedicated to the rich tourist offer of the province of Brescia, “La Bella Estate” (or The Beautiful Summer) will see the Garda again protagonist with the art season of the Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera, which will be presented in the Casa Corriere on Decumano at 4.30 pm along with the book “La cuoca di D’Annunzio”.
At 6 pm, the conference “Territory and Products: the routes of taste as narratives of marketing”, organized by Pro-Brixia in Palazzo Italia auditorium, will be dedicated to the extraordinary gastronomic richness of the Brescia area: Garda producers lika Francesco Averoldi, who owns a winery in Bedizzole, will talk about their experiences. And in the evening, the Wine Route or Strada del Vino e Dei Sapori del Garda wil organize a great wine and food tasting on the Peck terrace of Palazzo Italia, just in front of the main attraction The Tree of Life, or Albero della Vita.
