The cousins rosé of Lake Garda team together at the Dogana Veneta of Lazise: Valtènesi and Bardolino side by side for the tenth edition of “Anteprima Chiaretto”, event scheduled for Sunday 11 and Monday 12 March 2018. This year the Valtènesi Consortium will move from the Brescia to the Verona lake coast to be a guest of the Consortium Tutela del Chiaretto and Bardolino in a large showcase of tasting of pink wines, 2017 vintage, with over 140 labels for tasting.
“Appointment of great symbolic importance – underlines the president of Valtènesi Alessandro Luzzago – which is a prelude to a fruitful season of collaboration and synergies: Valtènesi and Bardolino are basically two different sides of the same coin, it’s just right to imagine common strategies to build a path of promotion profitable for both “.
At the end of 2017, the two Consortiums had already collaborated in the organization of an educational for American and Canadian journalists who had visited both territories: now comes the grand preview of Lazise, a spring advance that foreshadows other joint initiatives at Vinitaly , with two prestigious masterclasses realized with the aim of explaining the different nuances that this wine takes on the two rivieras of the Garda, western and oriental, thanks also to the use of completely different grapes. Not only that: the Bardolino Consortium will be present with a vast representation of wineries at the eleventh edition of Italy in Rosa, the showcase of Italian rosés organized as every year by the Consortium Valtènesi in the castle of Moniga del Garda, scheduled this year from June 1 to 3.
The two days of Lazise provides the opening to the public on Sunday 11 from 10 to 6 pm, while Monday, March 12 will be entirely reserved for industry professionals, from 2 to 8 pm.
