The world of food is back on stage with Golositalia

After the huge success of last year, Golositalia is ready to get back on stage with the 2017 edition: the appointment is set at the Garda Exhibition Centre in Montichiari from February 25 to 28, for four days of events dedicated to the world of food and catering equipment. The goal is to exceed the numbers of 2016, when the fair has been attended by some 70,000 visitors. This year you can expect 640 visitors (+ 15%), for a total of six halls divided into the same number of thematic areas, namely food, wine, beer, bio-vegan, gluten free, professional technology & restaurant and franchising. Among the guests confirmed so far there will be the internationally renown pastry chef Ernst Knam, among the most illustrious names in a program packed with courses, seminars, demonstrations, master classes with sommeliers and professional tasters. What is new is the Arena Events, a space in which the most important chefs of the area will be involved in discussions and show cooking in the name of direct confrontation with the audience. But above all Golositalia will be an opportunity to taste and buy many Italian typical products often difficult to find through traditional channels.
