Passione Valtènesi, educational on the rosé wines

The path of Passione Valtènesi, a kind of real laboratory for the development of a “Valtènesi thought”, does not stop. The next event of the association born by the idea of a group of producers, restaurateurs and artisans of taste, united to share a “common grammar” and tell the consumer world the territory of Valtènesi, its wines and its gastronomy, is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday November  7th, at Villa Galnica in Puegnago del Garda, home of the Consorzio Valtènesi: here the third educational reserved for operators of the gastronomic and receptive sectors, during which the Valtènesi Doc will be presented at 5 pm It will be about zoning, typology, vocation, gastronomic combinations, with a focus on rosé 2016 led by Ais sommelier.
