After the first round in October, the Garda Lake Fish Festival was granted a short break during this week, but is ready to get back on stage: the well-established gastronomic itinerary in the restaurants of Lake Garda comes back on November 10 at the Dalie e Fagioli restaurant in Manerba (with the wines of Perla del Garda winery in Lonato) to celebrate once again the traditions of freshwater cuisine paired with wines and extra virgin of the territory. This is indeed always been the primary objective of the event, articulated this year in 9 gourmet dinners scheduled until just before Christmas and as always organized by Garda wines and flavors road in association with the Consortium Garda Dop Oil.
After the first six events, all concentrated in October, there are three more delightful appointments to be posted on the agenda:
Friday, November 10th
Dalie e Fagioli Restaurant, Manerba. Winery: Perla del Garda, Lonato.
Friday, November 24th
Cascina del Ritrovo, Lonato. Winery: Costaripa, Moniga.
Sunday, December 10th
Restaurant Villa Sostaga, Gargnano. Winery combined: Ca ‘Maiol, Desenzano.
