Lake Fish Festival, next stop in Salò

The 2016 edition of the Lake Fish Menu Festival is now approaching the final stages: and from the opening on September 9, it has been a growing success with several of the 15 scheduled dinners going sold out. With the arrival of December, we are reaching the last steps of the event organized by the Garda Wine and Flavours Road with the Consortium Oil Dop Garda: there are only only three appointments left, the first of which is scheduled for Friday, December 2, at the Tirabusù Tavern in Salo, a recently born restaurant in the picturesque setting of Piazza San Antonio, one of the most beautiful places of this capital of the Garda tourism. Local flavors are undoubtedly the focal point of the Osteria proposal, both in the kitchen anche in the cellar with a wide choice of Benaco labels.
