The 2016 edition of the Lake Fish Menu Festival continues on Friday 14 October with an appointment in the Alto Garda: the event organized by the Garda Wine and Flavours Route with Garda Dop Consortium moves in Tignale at Osteria La Miniera, a typical and particularly welcoming restaurant (in summer you eat in the garden, in winter in the dining rooms with fireplace) which has been known now for many years for its proposal faithful to the roots and traditions of the territory, with a careful selection of raw materials that goes from Tignale organic extra virgin olive oil to local truffles up to the catch of the lake, which will of course also be the protagonist of the dinner event of the 14th.
Here is the menu prepared for the occasion:
Fillet of smoked whitefish on potato foam cappuccino
Chub tempura with vegetables with emulsion of tomato water and extra virgin olive oil
Lake Consomè with pike pancakes and stewed cabbages
Homemade “Bigoi” with fresh Garda “misticanza”, chives and citrus oil
Perch fillets in oil with crispy farro baking pie crispy
Citrus Ice cream with candied zest and extra virgin biscuits
As usual every evening is also coupled to a winery, and at the Miniera the courses will be matched to the wines of Le Morette Farma in Peschiera del Garda, on which you can read the story at this link (http://http://www.gardaexpo.com/en/le-morette-true-loyalty-to-lugana/)
Recall that the cost of the menu remains set at 30 euro all inclusive: info and reservations at 0365-760225.
