Lake Fish Festival is back again for its 2017 edition: the well-established gastronomic and food itinerary in the restaurants of Lake Garda begins on October 5 to celebrate once again the indissoluble marriage of flavors between fresh water fish traditional cuisine, wines and extra virgin olive oil of the territory. This has always been the primary objective of the initiative, which this year features 9 gourmet dinners planned just before Christmas and as always organized by the Strada dei Vini and dei Sapori del Garda in collaboration with the Garda Dop Oil Consortium.
The inaugural appointment is scheduled for Thursday, October 5, at the San Rocco di Soiano restaurant: the route will continue from the following night, October 6, to the terminus set at Gagnano for the next 10th December. As always, each restaurant will offer a menu specially designed for the occasion, and will host a Garda winery, both from the Lugana and Valtènesi area, which will propose wines to match with the dishes proposed each night. The menus, which in addition to the fish of the lake will also be based on the Garda Dop oil, will be offered at a fixed price of 32 euros. Garda Expo will follow the event by presenting each week the places. chefs, the scheduled evening menus, the wineries involved.
