More than 200 events are included in “Sirmione in tutti i Sensi” (or Sirmione in all senses), the calendar of events for the 2016 Summer organized by the town of Sirmione: lots of opportunities to discover one of the tourist capitals of the Garda and a must for all visitors that at least once in a lifetime visit the biggest lake in Italy.
One of the big events of the summer will undoubtedly be the exhibition of portraits of great jazz musicians in the photographs of Carlo Verri from 9 July to 14 September in Palazzo Callas Exhibitions (entrance free). But the planned initiatives are lots: to report the dinner Cena delle Meraviglie (July 26 in the square of Porto), the Concerts at dawn (1 and 14 August at 5 am at the Beach of the Muses), the sixteenth edition of the International Festival dedicated Maria Callas (ten concerts beginning with the Orchestra of the International Festival on August 22 at the church of St. Francesco in Colombare), the twentieth edition of the Grand Gala dell’Ospite (Monday, 29 August in the square of the port).
