A new challenge for the future of Garda from the Wines Road

A new common design to make the Garda touristic system win: from the ordinary assembly of the Garda Wines and Flavors  Road (Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori del Garda) comes the invitation to overcome the old schemes and to work together to revive the prospects of an extraordinary territory. “We must have the courage to think in great style – said the outgoing president Giovanna Prandini to the members gathered at the Macesina Agriturismo in Bedizzole for approval of the budget as well as for the renewal of the board of directors: with her guests such as Alessandro Luzzago, President of the Consortium Valtènesi, and Gianluca Ginepro, Communications Manager of the Consorzio Garda Lombardia – I have come to the conclusion of a my mandate with a positive balance: happy to have laid the foundations for a new unified promotion policy, tightening new and important alliances with the Consorzio Garda Lombardia, by strengthening the collaboration with the Consortium of the Garda Dop Oil and the Wine Consortiums”.

Of great importance in this respect is the launch of a common project with the Consortiums of Valtenesi and Lugana aiming to bring all the companies associated with the two organisms into the Road.

“It would be a very important achievement,” said Giovanna Prandini-. Today, there are the right people to overcome certain fences of the past and jointly promote a territory to enrich the work we have done up to here. I think I can say that the economic advantage would be very important to the members, I really hope that the next board will continue on this way. ”

During the meeting, an online booking project, already tested in some cellars in Franciacorta, was also presented: a real booking system based on a very simple proposal that allows each company to maintain its uniqueness by offering a package of visits and initiatives that can allow users to choose the formula that best suits them.

Not only because it has no costs, but also because it can become an extraordinary viatic to increase business opportunities for our associates, with the aim of increasingly broad and effective promotion of our extraordinary territory. ”
