Groppello menus in 19 restaurants until march 29th

The event “Groppello a spasso nella cucina bresciana” has started in recent days: it is a gastronomic journey that, until next March 29, will involve 19 restaurants on lake Garda and in the town of Brescia in the proposal of a special menu at fixed price dedicated to the combination with red wine Groppello of Valtènesi. The initiative is now in its ninth year and is organized by the enologist Attilio Pasini from La Torre winery in Calvagese del Garda, from whose cellars comes the “Mocasina” Groppello that will be matched to the menu, as well as used for the preparation of some recipes made exclusively from restaurants that have joined the circuit. This is the list of restaurants involved: Antica Trattoria alle Rose and Antica Cascina San Zago in Salò, La Collina del Fante in Serle, Running Club in Navazzo Gargnano, Antichi Sapori Bresciani, Molin del Brolo and Osteria del Quartino in Brescia, Hosteria La Pesa and Borgo Antico in Bedizzole, Colombarino and Alessi in Desenzano, Bar Congressi (only tasting at 7 euros each), Riel Hotel and Trattoria Scala in Sirmione, La Rocca Contesa, Rustichello and Cascina del Ritrovo in Lonato, Al Terrazzo Tignale, Trattoria Bella Italia in Peschiera.
