The Desenzano Saffron comes to fans of “kitchen in yellow” with an event scheduled for Sunday, March 26 at Cascina Capuzza in San Martino della Battaglia. The main protagonist will be Raffaella Visconti, a fellow journalist who’s been reinventing herself as farmer, who will tell the public about his new professional adventure culminated in late 2016 with the launch of the “Zafferano di Desenzano “, a limited production that in addition to this new Garda variant of the precious spice, provides some tasty derivatives like cookies. The meeting is scheduled for 11: to follow those who like can stay in Cascina to taste the special lunch devised for the occasion by the chef of Capuzza. This is the menu:
