With the always highly anticipated return of spring the training courses of the Brescia delegation of Onav, the National Organization of Wine Tasters, are ready to start again on Lake Garda.

The cycle is always structured in itinerant form with the start of lessons scheduled for March 19: appointments are scheduled every Monday and Wednesday, with 18 lessons total and appointment on June 6 for the practical and theoretical examination that concludes the cycle of lessons.
The educational evenings will be held in some of the most important wineries of the Garda area: the opportunity to get closer to the world of wine and learn the secrets of tasting by visiting and knowing in depth at the same time some of the most important production companies in the area.
After the exam, the aspiring taster will automatically access the Wine Tasters class, receive the Pantentino and will be included in the National Onav Register. After two years of tasting experience, he can enroll in the second level course to receive the qualification as an expert taster and in this capacity he can also join the ministerial commissions responsible for the organoleptic control of PDO wines.
For information or registration you can write to the email address brescia@onav.it, call Fabio Finazzi at 335/7599009 or vice-president Giovanni Palazzi at 335-5278791. There are 25 seats available.
