The Lake Fish Menu Review 2016 moves in Gargnano, in the charming village of Villa: next step of the event organized by The Wine and Food Garda Road in collaboration with the Consortium for DOP Garda oil protection is scheduled for this Friday, September 30th, at Rivalago restaurant, a very special location in one of the prettiest corners of Lake Garda. The Rivalago is the restaurant of Hotel Gardenia, a small but very charming hotel run by the Arosio family, also known for having restored one of the lemon houses in Gargnano, in which they produce citrus, capers and even wine.

These products are then used by chef Demetrio Righetti for the Rivalago kitchen, which is also open to non-residents and offers an excellent cuisine with special attention to the territory.
Here is the menu prepared by the restaurant for the dinner event of September 30:

Pke quenelles with pistachios, Lake terrine, Arrosticini Persico in Saor, Trout Batonette

Purple potato gnocchi with perch and tomato concassea with basil and Garda olives

Turbantini of whitefish fillets scented with Lugana and Thyme

Panna cotta with Gargnano citrus and candied peels

Every night of the festival hosts a Lake Garda winery that will offer their wines paired with dishes of the evening: for the Rivalago the choice fell on the Zuliani winery, historical reality of Padenghe which is one of the landmarks for wine production Valtènesi (at this link the history of the company published on Garda Expo with an interview with Lucia Zuliani: http://http://www.gardaexpo.com/en/organic-is-an-unavoidable-choice/)

Recall that the menu is offered at a fixed price of 30 Euros all-inclusive: you can book your dinner by calling Rivalago at 0365-71195.
