New appointment with the 2016 edition of the “Lake Fish Festival” organized by The Lake Garda Wine and Flavours Road in collaboration with the Garda Dop Oil Consortium: the third stop on the itinerary is scheduled for next Friday, September 23, in the halls of restaurant Al Braciere in Sirmione (via San Martino della Battaglia 2). This is a particularly warm and welcoming restaurant located in the productive heart of the Lugana, appreciated both for its pizzas (available also in “gluten free”) and for a cuisine particularly close to the lake gastronomic traditions (there’s also an interesting lake fish menù commonly offered) revisited with a touch of always measured creativity.

Here is the menu prepared by Braciere for the evening of Friday 23:

Pike Gardesana with buckwheat polenta

Risotto with Perch in lemon balm emulsion

Garda whitefish in Lugana sauce and crispy vegetables

Basil parfait with caramel sauce

Following the tradition, to each of the festival nights a winery has been assigned whose wines will be paired with dishes: the guest at the Braciere will be La Torre winery in Mocasina, in Calvagese della Riviera.

Recall that the menu is offered at a fixed price of 30 euros all inclusive: info and reservations at 030-9905561
