Lake Fish Festival stops at “Il Fattore”

Il Fattore restaurant in Desenzano del Garda will be the new stage for the Lake fish Menu Festival 2016, the event in 15 dinners organized by the Garda Wines and Flavours Road: the appointment is scheduled for Friday, November 11, info and reservations at 030-9141937. We are now at the tenth step of the festival and the response of the audience continues to grow, thanks to a formula that allows you to get closer to the flavors of the “freshwater kitchen” with a price within reach of all budgets and proposals ranging from classic to creative.

Il Fattore will opt for tradition, in the wake of an identity deeply linked to the territory: this is indeed a historic restaurant located near the Duomo, and housed in a building that in ancient times was the seat of the famous Cantine Visconti, one of the oldest Lake Garda wineries. Today, the restaurant offers a 360-degree kind of kitchen, with meat, lake and sea fish, extending the proposal also to pizza. And for the night of Friday 11th they have decided to prepare ….
