There will also be two companies from the Garda Wines and Flavours Road at Golosaria in 2016, the traditional gourmet culture festival scheduled Saturday 5 to Monday 7 November in Milan in the frame of MiCo (Milano Congressi, Amendola Fiera) : the banner of the largest Italian lake high will be held high by the jams, liqueurs and other citrus fruits delights by Frutto del Garda in Limone and the wines of Cobue winery from Pozzolengo. Over 300 producers will be gathered for the eleventh edition of the festival created by journalist Paul Massobrio, author of The Golosario Guida but also of the Gatti-Massobrio, the notebook about the best restaurants in Italy. During the three days the 100 best wines of Italy will be awarded with the recognition Top Hundred: in this area Cobue will receive a special recognition outside the Top (assigned to newly discovered wineries promoted directly without going through Plenary tastings) for its Lugana Monte Lupo 2015. Over 180 taste shops selected by Golosario will be awarded Sunday, November 6, while 220 between restaurants and taverns will be summoned to Golosaria on Monday 7 reported having excellent grades in the 2017 edition of the Gatti-Massobrio.

Frutto del Garda is a sort of garden in Limone del Garda where Gabriella and Giovanni Risatti grow 150 plants divided into 49 different species of citrus, hence an artisan and organic production of liquors, jams, jellies and other goodies.

Cobue instead is a Pozzolengo winery known for its commitment to protect and defend the Doc San Martino della Battaglia, which overlaps the territories of the Lugana and which results in an excellent white wine made from grapes Tuchi (or Tocai, as now you can no longer say, since the use of the term has become exclusive of Hungary alone).
