Francesco Averoldi, a wine producer in Bedizzole’s homonymous company, is the new president of the Garda Wines and Flavors Road. To name his name was the board of directors elected over the last few days during the ordinary meeting of the members of the organization, which also indicated in Lucia Zuliani (of the homonymous and historic Padenghe winery) and Paolo Venturini (of the Frantoio Montecroce in Desenzano) the two vice-presidents. Averoldi collects the witness from the hands of Giovanna Prandini, who has decided not to recruit while maintaining the role of counselor.

“Taking this job is for me a cause of great satisfaction and personal pride,” said Francesco Averoldi. “We will proceed in full line of continuity with the action taken so far by Giovanna Prandini, who remains in all respects a precious component of a working group whose aim will be to carry on and improve the projects so far elaborated to give more and more visibility and added value to our associates and the beautiful Garda territory. ”

The Averoldi family has been producing wine for four generations in the village of Cantrina in Bedizzole, where the cellar is located: a 15-hectare vineyard that Francesco Averoldi has been driving since 1990 and has reached a production of some 80,000 bottles of  classic Valtènesi wines, including the Chiaretto and the reds based on Groppello grape.
