There are big news from Tassoni, home of the historic “Cedrata Tassoni”, the iconic Lake Garda Drink: the company has now decided to expand the range with “Fior di Sambuco” (or Elder Flower), a new carbonated soft drink intended no doubt to pique the curiosity of the many Cedrata fans.

The new product comes from the extraction of the flowers of Sambucus Nigra, a plant growing ‘anywhere in the country from north to south, traditionally blooming in spring, which has already become a part of the culinary italian tradition with its purple berries. The small flowers are extracted in water to obtain an infusion characterized by a fruity aroma, to which the addition of distilled lemon peel bring a fresh and sparkling note.

The drink will be sold in the now classic Tassoni glass bottle, in clusters of 4 or 6 pieces and is complementary to Tonica Superfine Tassoni, the other novelty recently launched and awarded the Brand Identity Grand Prix thanks to its vintage look recalling the Thirties..

Tassoni also simultaneously completely redesigned its line of liqueurs, recovering old recipes and the historical labels, facing the market with nine products: Anic, Menta Ghiaccio white and green, the legendary Cedral Duplex, Acqua di tutto Cedro, Cedralina, Bitter, Amaro and Sambuca.
