We have come to the last step for Valtènesi with Gusto, the wine and food show for the promotion of the extra-virgin olive oil of Benaco, organized by the Garda Dop Oil Consortium with the Garda Wines and flavors road and East Lombardy. The itinerary ends on Friday, May 12 at Tignale in the rooms of Osteria La Miniera, a very special place, that offers a cuisine faithful to the tradition of the hinterland of Garda, with particular attention to typical local products such as Tignale’s organic oil or truffles.

Perch in Garda Dop oil on crispy risotto with mountain pollen

Bread gnocchi with herbs
Organic tagliolini with stewed leeks, lemon and Garda Stagionato in leaves

Low temperature cooked veal cheeses with crispy vegetables and potato chips

Chocolate with bitter oranges and Tremosine Bruna Alpina milk ice cream

The oil presented during the evening will be the one produced by Poggioriotto farm of Cunettone di Salò, while the dishes will be combined with wines from the winery Il Roccolo from Polpenazze. Everything is as always offered at the fixed price of 30 euros: info and reservations at 0365-760225.
