New step on Lake Garda for the Lake Fish Festival 2016, which is based on 15 special dinners in as many restaurants on the Garda Wine and Food route scheduled every Friday until 16 December. Evenings are getting feedback definitely exceeding expectations: it is therefore advisable to book in advance in order to secure a place.
The seventh step is scheduled for next Friday, October 21, at the restaurant Cascina Capuzza in San Martino della Battaglia, a marvellous rural “set” lost in the vineyards of Lugana and Tuchì and connected to the Selva Capuzza winery managed by Luca Formentini, one of the most important wineries of the area whose wines will naturally be available for tasting with the dinner prepared for the evening of Friday 21.
This is the menu prepared for the evening:
Whitefish fillet with croutons, Tanch meatballs
Bigoli with Sardines (in red)
Grilled Trout fillet with citrus sauce
Sorbet
